I just unlocked Ult with my FOnewm, and I got a Kaladbolg on VHard Ruins level 3 with Skyly ID. It was a poison spitter in the hallway, so I am not mistaking it when it could have been dropped by anything in the room. I tried to submit it, but I couldn't find the poison spitter on the monster list.
