We now have a copy of the new Phantasy Star Universe trailer which was added to the official Japanese PSU site Friday (Thanks Parn!). We also have a copy that includes translations in the form of subtitles, courtesy of Jonathan_F. It's quite a bit larger than the original movie, so here are some download links to both versions for you (note: the audio is much more clear in the subtitled version):
