I think the title of this is a bit misleading, seeing as it says "Phantasy star Universe: It's finnaly here."

No not really, since he was refering to the video, and besides most of us are aware of the realise dates, so unless you"ve been living in a cave for the past few hundred years, itd be difficult to imagine because a news post on a website, the only post of its kind, saying somethings here, it doesnt mean it is :)
