Article: Site Update - New Screenshots

In today's official site (http://phantasystaruniverse.com) update, 10 new images were added to the screenshots portion of the website. These screenshots show what online life will be like in the lobby (sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=2357#Lobby). As shown in previous updates, each lobby will be a multi-tiered structure capable of holding up to 100 people. You'll be also be able to buy supplies and weapons. We get a better idea of what the structure of the lobby will be liked based on these screenshots. To view the screenshots, scroll down. In these screenshots, we see two themed lobbies set on the Guardian Colony and Moatoob. Also, we see a wide variety of user-created characters talking and shopping. Another prominent feature of these screenshots is the use of Cut-In-Chat (sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=2357#Cut). We see Sonic (the blue-haired Human) expressing a wide range emotions. Also, it seems that multiple Cut-In-Chat windows can be on screen at the same time. The final two screenshots show two groups utilizing the "My Room" (sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=2357#Room) feature. In one of the images, you can see a flower pot. Perhaps this is a decoration that you can buy? The other screenshot features a group enjoying a conversation while a Partner Machinery looks on.

I think that all those building in the backgrounds will not be reachable. Like in pso most of the stuff you could not touch.

after seeing all this online stuff this may be my very first online game that i pay for to play online because it looks like it will be worth it... except im not sure how often i will be able to play so that's a bummer :(. u kno u could always make it free and slowly lose money lol jk. anyways now i have to wait till next friday for a new update. i hope theres more then just 10 new screenshots :)

and it sure will put the nail in the coffin so the speak when released =)

this game is awesome, its like PSO was just a beta for something even better, and this is it

still it shows that its a ps2 game.. wish it had "next gen graphics"

...This will probably be my first time paying to play online also...altho that free thing sounds pretty good to me...lol, but also idonno how much I will be able to play either....like paying for something u rarely get to play....that would suck, but its not gunna stop me from playing offline if I need to.

lol net gen graphics wouldnt really help it at all, i personally can bearly see any of the blocks on thier heads o.x i only have that problem with games tat ahve people in helments or they are bald.

Awsome that when you sit on the bed you ACTULLY sit on the bed and not like on Final Fantasy XI where you sit exaclty like how you sit on the floor =/

Sorry but your wrong.. Next Gen graphics would help this game a lot more then you think, i.e more enemies on screen/more players in game.. more special effects.. more graphical enchancements/anti aliasling etc.. weather effects.. more detailed enviroments.. more polys on char models..

but the games fine how it is.. just would of been awesome if it was next gen =p
