Over the last three days, Takao Miyoshi (director for PSU development) has made several (http://blog.livedoor.jp/takaomiyoshi_pso/archives/50692667.html) comments (http://blog.livedoor.jp/takaomiyoshi_pso/archives/2006-04.html#20060403 ) on his blog about the imminent announcement of a beta for Phantasy Star Universe. Based on his comments, it seems that the announcement will take place in the near future. No other details have been made available at this time. The question is will we get it?

as this part states this is only currently for JP version

good point and if we do get it. will we need a JP version of windows to run it...................

Even if we dont, I'm pretty sure we'll try to find a way to sneak inside, just like with the PSOBB JP beta.

And even if we dont get to sneak inside, we'll finally be able to see, even if it is trough the JP players, how the game will be once we have it in our PCs/PS2s
