Sega of Europe's hosting facilities experienced a massive power outage (http://boards.sega.com/psobb/viewtopic.php?t=63995) yesterday. This caused the authentication servers for the US/EU version of Blue Burst to go down and prevented people from signing on to the game. Fortunately, that problem has been resolved. To compensate players for the extended downtime, Clumsyorchid announced that players will be receiving a 2x droprate increase (http://boards.sega.com/psobb/viewtopic.php?t=64103) for Episode 1. The catch is that this event will only last for one day! So, Blue Burst players have until 11 am PST tomorrow to get in some frenzied Episode 1 rare hunting.
