NCSX (http://www.ncsx.com/), a famous online video game store, announced today that they will be selling 3000 yen Net Cash cards. This should come as a welcome relief to people that are planning on importing the game. The store's online page (http://www.ncsx.com/2006/082106/ncs0821u.htm) is reporting that Sega's online payment system will not acccept foreign credit cards.
