There are some really good people on the Puyo Puyo servers... I can hold on my own for a while, but then I mess everything up.

PPF Battle Carnival a free-to-play version of Puyo Pop Fever PC, except heavily heavily stripped down. Every month's there's a week-long "event" where you can randomly battle either online opponents or special CPU players. If you happen to enter a CPU match, you get entered into a drawing to win real-world prizes if you beat the CPU in a best-of-three match. Japanese addresses only, and you aren't able to play the game when the event isn't on.

Last month the guest battler was Sakura Shinguumi from Sakura Taisen with a grand prize of a Wanseg portable TV, and I got schooled really badly by her since I guess the prize was so good...

Oh, and it looks like PSU music will be blaring in the background in lieu of the regular "Fever" music.
