The billing server for Phantasy Star Universe (playsega) is currently <a href="http://boards2.sega.com/psu_board/viewtopic.php?t=2289" >experiencing problems</a> related to the sudden influx of people trying to register. For most people the server is unreachable or hangs during the registration process. Sega is currently working to resolve the problem.

ADDITION: The maitenance page (http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com/news_maintenance.php) has been updated with the following:
"The Authentication Servers for Playstation 2 and PC are currently down. Users attempting to connect may receive authentication errors for these platforms. SEGA is aware of these issues and currently working to resolve them. Please have patience while work is performed to restore the Authentication Servers as quickly as possible. We will update this page with additional information as needed."

Yea, Ive been playing Story Mode for a couple hours and Still nothing. Been off and on on it and Still nothing. Getting impatiant. I guess I'll just continue Story Mode untill I am unable to at least get the Billingsite open. -.- Seriously im getting etchy. Do to the fact there is the Delay issue then there is the Billingsite issue. lol. Drag drag drag.

ya i know this isnt billing problem but on the pc version are the characters supposed to walk kinda slow?

I unfortunatly wont be getting PSU until December... But my friend is getting annoyed by it he eventually gave up and played story mode for awihle then just went off to play FFXI >_<

Hey there, just so it's known to everyone the billing site is back online and network mode is now available. i was just on it this morning before school so i hope everyone enjoys.

Confirmed. The billing site and servers are up and working fine.

What "delay" issue? The delay was only on xbox360 version, but the billing site is for pc/ps2 version, so I think you are being unfair blaming them for problems on other versions as if they were the one you were using.

When I pre-ordered psu back in august on eb's website it said "ships Oct. 24th"

Guess when it shipped? Oct. 24th.
