Earlier today, the Japanese PC/Playstation 2 servers received a content update. This content update included the release of PM Evolution Devices and rebalanced Photon Arts. Here is an overview of the update:
PM Evolution Devices - These items will allow you to transform your Partner Machinery into a different fourth evolution form. The PM Evolution devices that were released today include the GH411, GH412, GH421, GH422, GH431, GH432, GH441, GH442, GH451, and GH452 Kits. These evolution devices can be obtained from the Variety Shop for 50,000 meseta. To use the item, simply feed it to your Partner Machinery. You can transform your Partner Machinery back by using another 50,000 meseta kit. The new forms feature new weapons and Photon Arts. Some of them even have the ability to use SUV weapons!
Photon Arts Changes - Several Hunter melee Photon Arts had their damage output adjusted. For the most part, popular Photon Arts, such as Dus Daggas and Rising Strike, had their damage lowered. However, several Photon Arts, such as Assault Crush and Tornado Dance, had their damage raised. Glitches - The glitch that allowed people to match noncompatible clothing was fixed. Also, the "Cancel Synthesis" option no longer appears when a synthesis reaches 0:00. This should fix the unlimited synthesis bug.
North American and European players should expect the glitch corrections and Photon Arts changes sometime in the near future.
