As some of you may be aware, some of the new equipment released in the recent patch has been disappearing. Sega Admin Clumsyorchid has made a statement (http://boards2.sega.com/psu_board/viewtopic.php?t=29746&start=25) specifically about the Deva-zashi weapon.
"For the time being, please do not attempt to create this item, we would hate to have further losses to character inventory. At the present time, we have one or two cases, both confirmed through our database.
Please accept our apologies with this inventory issue, we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding!" Sega is currently investigating if this issue affects other items as well. For the moment if you find one, don't attempt to synth it until Sega completes its investigation. If you have already started synthing it, do NOT take it out of your Partner Machinery.

Welps, we can confirm that the Uransara (Mine :D) and Shi-Kikami (Kabuto's :D) won't disappear after making them.

Nice, straight-forward and clear. I'm glad that Clumsy came out and said this as well!

Too bad I'll never end up with one. :P
