Article: June 08 NA/EU/360 Update Preview

The NA/EU/360 Phantasy Star Universe servers will be treated to a content update this Friday. Thanks to the official Japanese PSU site and A2K (http://www.pso-world.com/user.php?op=userinfo&uname=A2K) at the forums, we have a preview (http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=143986&forum=20&43)of what to expect when the servers come back up Friday morning.
Two new missions taking place in Parum's seabed plant will be added for Operation Firebreak. An event commemorating the coexistence of CASTs and humans will be held in Holtes City. Clyez City will be decorated with statues of Sonic and crew honoring the blue hedgehog's 16th birthday, coming up on June 23. (Also, be on the lookout for a special creature while out on missions!) A little information on how to obtain the Frying Pan at the end of Operation Firebreak was released. Simply put, you must have completed all seven Firebreak missions before the close of the event in order to be eligible to receive the special weapon.

I just thought of something...I'll bet that getting your PA frags from Bruce clears the board for getting the frying pan too. Which means you'll have to skip the frags near the end of the event to get credit.

interesting stuff, and ya know, maybe ill come back till i get my 99 bans then ill get a garment aura. then maybe ill do all the firebreak missions, and i am a human so ill go to he event...and happy birthday sonic!

Yeah right, i hope they make that clear if you do have to do all the missions and not go to bruce until the end, but im hoping that the server will remember that you've already done the missions. Has anyone seen the "frying pan" weapon?

Ok.. so are the missions out right now(Friday), or do they come out tonight(Sat)??

Well more recent information suggests that Bruce s Frags have no effect on actual mission completion in order to get the pan.

If you haven't already stumbled upon it you can go to Bruce to verify that you will in fact be getting the frying pan and then you can breathe a sigh of relief since 50mil is right around the corner :)
