Article: February 8th's update rescheduled at the last moment

We always hate having to report this kind of news, but it must be done. Less than four hours before maintenance begins, SonicTeam have reported that tonight's originally scheduled update (http://www.pso-world.com/article.php?sid=1794) for the PC/PS2 servers has been delayed due to a critical bug arising which cannot be fixed in time. On the bright side, the content announced for the Xbox 360 servers will still be delivered.
No word yet on when to expect this update, but we'll keep you posted as any information becomes available. Special thanks to Obsidian_Knight (http://www.pso-world.com/user.php?op=userinfo&uname=Obsidian_Knight) for bringing this to our attention.
Update! It seems that part of the update went through, anyway. According to the official site (http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com/news_item.php?item=nid30), the Valentine's lobby was released for all servers and the two new S2 missions were added to the PC/PS2 servers. On a side note, multiple reports (http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=169279&forum=20&34) have come in revealing that the rare free mission "Forest of Illusion" has been released on the PC/PS2 servers. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have made it to the 360 just yet.

I think it's wierd that PSOW's news submitters only seem sad when the PC/PS2 servers are at a disadvantage.

I'm disappointed that this is the third delay we've had to report on a single content update. Had this been a report saying that the 360 servers would not be getting anything at all due to some bug, I would've started off the article just the same.

It seems very odd that every time now when sega is going to update AOI there is some mass bug that enters the online arena. They realy need to get on top of things because they still yet to post when the stuff that did not make it into Fridays update will come out on there official website. Seems to me there always several steps behind the cue ball!
