For the past week, a large number of Phantasy Star Universe users have been experiencing problems with renewing their accounts (viewtopic.php?topic=174578&forum=20). This has created considerable tension since they are unable to play through the Maximum Attack G event or contend for the kill count prizes. ChillAura announced today that Sega is working on resolving the problem (http://boards2.sega.com/psu_board/viewtopic.php?t=77142). However, the process it taking a long time since it is a programming issue. The GM team is currently having discussions with Sonic Team about compensating users that are affected by this problem.
