Will this add to the 10% bonus we unlocked earlier even if only to the applicable items types?

Too answer your question when we unlocked the 10% synth, all weps or armor made when this will be put into effect has a 10% increase on the chance of it coming out. Of course this varys for each wep or armor now it has an additional 5% added onto the 10% for 15% total hope that helps^_^
