The details for the August 1st content update (http://phantasystaruniverse.com/community_quests.php?item=20080725a" title="Sega News Page) have been released several days earlier than usual. Here is a breakdown of what will be appearing:
Holy Light Festival and Jaggo Acte (http://www.pso-world.com/beastiary/psu/1/74/jaggo_acte/" title="Jaggo Acte) - The Holy Light Festival will appear on Neudaiz. Users will be able to acquire items such as the Fireworks (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/7/891/fireworks__decoration_/" title="Fireworks) decoration and Ank Bico (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/1/1876/ank_bico/" title="Ank Bico) from the Jaggo Acte.
1st Maximum Attack G Rewards - The following rewards will be distributed/made available:
Rappy Tip (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/1/2778/rappy_tip/" title="Rappy Tip)
Treasure Chest (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/7/1945/treasure_chest/" title="Treasure Chest)

Return of Maximum Attack G - Maximum Attack C - S will be available for three weeks. (AotI only)
New Light Festival Decoration and Casino Items (AotI only) - There will also be a Casino rotation.
Level Cap Increase - The level cap will be raised to 140.
New Universe*Transporters - Teleportation cubes will be added to each of the GUARDIANS Branches and GUARDIANS HQ.
New Photon Chargers and NPC Vendors - There will now be one of each at each GUARDIANS Branch.
Additional details related to return of Maximum Attack G will be published when the new event website becomes available on August 1st.

Update: According to the recently posted JP Xbox 360 Homepage (http://xbox360.phantasystaruniverse.jp/news/wis/?mode=view&id=195" title="Japanese Xbox 360 Update Page), the item distribution period will last from August 1st to September 30th.* The items will appear in your common box if you log in at some point during this time.* If you find that there is not enough space in your common box, you can always log in again after freeing up space to receive them.
