A new trailer for PSP2 has been posted (http://phantasystar.sega.jp/psp2/special/story/) on the official Japanese website. Shown in the video are some old and some new faces to the PSU/PSP storyline.

Once again, the release date is set for December 3rd of this year. A demo is slated to arrive in November.

Saw this a week ago. Shouldn't a web site about everything that's Phantasy Star know when news is new?

Looks like Lumia really looks up to Maya now. First she gets her hand-me-down outfit in AoI and now she's dressed almost exactly like her. When I first saw those boots and skirt, I thought it was Maya.
This game still looks amazing, though. :)

so now there a part 2 darn what about us xbox 360 player we just going to sit here while sony get the psp2 of the psp.
that not fair we put are time and money on the pc/ps2/360 on psu when do we get phantasy star 2 for are console is not fair >:(

They'll probably have some sort of crossover, if we get lucky.
Put simply, we may get weapons and little side story bits that relate to PSP2's story.

Gunslinger You may be right on that one. But is just that we have to sit and wait for it to come. Some us psu players don't have psp and just THAT we have to see sega doing something cool on the psp2.And some of the psu players going around getting the wrong message that Phantasy Star Portable 2 is coming for the xbox 360 console knowing that not going to happen for very very long time if sega to decide on doing something that big.I wish sega can post a big message and tell everyone to stop there stupid lies about Phantasy Star Portable 2 for the xbox 360
