Disconnections, please help....

Everytime I try and I click ship select it says No.100 line disconnected, im using cat5 crossover and with a usb external modem. Its worked fine for 2 weeks with the odd disconnection now and then even though my computer doesnt disconnect, is that normal?

I've checked 2 other threads asking about this and no ones replied, please reply to this if you know anything.

i think the EU servers are down... again... im getting the same thing, click on ship select get d/ced >_<;

they might be taking down the easter decorations.
