Constant Crashes on Vita

Just wondering if the constant freezing and crashes on the Vita port is a regular thing. It's a monthly thing for me to rebuild the database. I've reformatted and currently downloading the patches as we speak (I have a hard copy), but was curious how regular of a thing this is.

After a year of owning and playing on vita regularly, I haven't had a crash so far. ^^; Also have a hard copy. Hopefully the reformat sorts that out for you.
