Problem with virus or malware detected in tweaker by gnfield after shutting down pso2

[PleaseHelpMe]

After shutting down pso2 this evening i suddenly got some error message with something about a virus or malware being detected by gnfield, I tried deleting and redownloading pso2 tweaker immediately but when it finished updating tweaker to the latest version got the following message, please help me.

I don't have an anti-virus.

Redownload tweaker but when it prompts to update itself dont do it.
Click no and use the older version. Your not the only one with this issue. Seems like windows defender (MSE) doesnt like something with tweaker.

Thanks for the reply! So...if it's just windows defender being dumb again would it be alright if I just clicked the continue button and let it update to the latest tweaker anyway?

i told windows defender to ignore the tweaker and the renamed file and that seemed to work? but i'm not 100%
