Textures not loading

I have problems with some textures not loading lately, mainly in cloths but at times even complete characters are just a white thing w/o detail at all and that happen even to my chara model that is show when checking items in players shops , and when that occurs I'm unable to take an screenshots with the ingame tool, need to use a 3th party tool to take the SS.
I'm currently using a amd rx 480 4gb with latest drivers with a i52500k and 8gb of ram, pso2 installed on a ssd and of all my games is the only one showing this behavior, mainly when playing in 1440p using vsr but may happen also when playing in native res (1080p) , anyone have seen the same problem or have an idea of whats happening?

Yeah, first time with tweaker, last time with official launcher, no fix, btw my OS is Windows10.

TYVM, this seems to do the trick, will do later more tests, but in today scheduled TD demise all was running smoothly.
