i am using my HUmar ( purplenum)
and my RAcast ( bluefull)
to look for lavis cannon and agito 1975 and was just wondering what is the best quest to find lots of tollaws??

Online: I'd go for Heat Sword. Or Endless Nightmare 1

Offline: Check the guides section of this site...there are enemy counts for quests and such somewhere.

It'll take longer than it's worth...Finding Tollows offline only happens a few at a time. Without Heatsword, it'll take a LONG time to find those items.

At least you're not ORAN. I'll be going through the Caves shooting Nano Dragons for the rest of my life if I want to find an Agito. ^_-;;; Sodding Ob Lillies and their Megid-spitting ways. Not to mention that Nano Dragons aren't exactly the most common thing in the world, and don't show up particularily much in quests. X_x (ORAN is the most god-forsaken section ID in the universe.)

Heh. If you're offline, your best bet is with Soul of a Blacksmith. There's one Tallow in Forest 1 (otherwise, get through it really fast) and about 20 in Forest 2.

As for actually getting one... good luck. I have yet to get one to drop. Though I did have that Photon Drop thing happen to me on a Lavis Cannon & a Syncestra. ^_^
