Quick question google authenticator

Can anyone guide me to the proper sign in page for setting up google authenticator? the guide from bumped.org is sending me to the ID management page which has nothing but options to change passwords and register other services but none for google authenticator..

Pretty sure that's where you set the google auth as well. I suggest reading the one on bumped slowly, bit by bit.
