pso2.exe is not responding

I've checked for empty/missing files.
Found 29 wrong and fixed them.

Looked for files that were problems.
Found nothing.

As one topic mention about making PSO2 and Tweaker an exception in Firewall.
They were.

This is the 8th time today PSO2 been doing this and I don't know how to fix it.

I'm literally experiencing the same issues as well, [Ayumi], on my Surface Pro 2017.

Just now, I added both pso2.exe and PSO2 Tweaker.exe to the Windows Firewall. Likewise, I also added both PHANTASYSTARONLINE2 and PSO2 Tweaker folders to the exclusion list on Windows Defender. With that being said, I always turned off TabTip.exe (under Task Manager -> "Details" tab), since that touchscreen keyboard software causes issues for PSO2.

Aside from extensively troubleshooting it via PSO2 Tweaker, I honestly don't know what to do, if I'm still experiencing issues with the game force-closing. I never had this problem, when I was playing this game on my Surface Pro 2013...
