Ok this is fucked up like the fuck is going on here. Pissed like totally.

I am from Singapore.

I previously could on my Mastercard go into ES and buy AC.

Now that Mastercard has expired and I was asked to choose a new card by the bank.

Thing is I chose a new Visa Card.

Also note that my phone was giving me problems, so I had to reboot it back to day one and re-install everything.

Now after re-installing ES and inserting the new card I cannot buy stuff from ES anymore. I even switched my playstore from Singapore to Japan and know it does not work.. why the fuck not?
STUPID FUCKING PLAYSTORE.

the card is working I know cause I did a test purchase and a refund when on the Singapore playstore account.

How I log into ES on phone would be a VPN Software from the playstore. NO ITS NOT THE SOFTWARE. because the same setup worked before.

Did it give you a specific error number? If it is "Error retrieving information from Server. [DF-RPC-01]" then you just need to wait a week and it will clear itself up.

That the generic Error: Cannot complete Transaction; you need to hit the green text to see the error details.

I did but it sent me to the generic FAQ page ( yes it cannot point the error out ).

You got a new card, therefore your bank is blocking the purchase.

Thanks for that... it was blocked not by the bank but by Google playstore. I got in touch with an agent and they unblocked my card after a few hours. Weird thing is that when I added the ne w card the playstore did not send me any verificat ion email
