question about red barrier

well me and a couple of my freinds have a few of the amps of gi- ra- and reg foie and i am looking for a few barriers for us. the guide sais from claws and i did about 8 runs thru the ruins without a single one. is there any faster way to get them, maybe a certain quest or sumthin?

Your in my boat. I have this lovely Amplifier of Foie, and NO red barrier. Claws are horrible for drops. *sigh*
