How to customize a good, high FOnewearl?
I think about an allround customizing (offline), that can also beat bosses.

I think about:

First side:
A: Special Attack (Psycho Wand)
B: Zonde
X: Foie

Second side:
A: Resta
B: ???
X: ???

is that ok?? make good suggestions plz http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

yeah, I alwyas though Psycho Wand was FO exclusive...

In that case, go with Megid, and... uh... something, for offline. Online you'll want S/D soz you can help teammates!

offline, concentrate on the basic techs (foie, barta, zonde) - i'd recommend that on the r+ button setup.
then one normal attack button to open boxes, resta and youre set.
the last button would be a tech that would be doing best in the area you're in:
gizonde in the mines (not ult) and cca, gifoie i ruins and caves and so on.
online i'd recommend high level anti for that button - at least for ep 2 cca and seabed ^_^
online you could also replace the normal attack with another supporting spell, like zalure. shifta and deband should be done from the menu.
or go all supportive and set shifta, deband and jellen, zalure, resta and anti on your buttons. fonewearls are tech attacking forces nonetheless but maybe your team is helped way better that way.

Here's how mines is setup:

Zonde
Foie
Barta

(R)
Resta
Special Attack
Rabarta, Grants...(Wild Card)

I arrange S/D/J/Z at the top of my R+Y list, and Anti/Resta at the bottom.

Hope that helps.

Mine for the most part is:

Rafoie
GiZonde
Rabarta

Jellen
Resta
Zalure

that's for online multiplayer. There's no point in waiting a space for s/d since it lasts for a couple of rooms.

By myself, I usually have a megid in if it's ep II and somtimes just my fluids.

As for the bosses, I have the following set up (all for ultimate)

Dragon:

Foie
GiZonde
Rabarta

Grants
Resta
Zonde

and if you have a cure/freeze, I have that equipted all the time, but especially nice at this boss

Water snake dude:

Rafoie
Gizonde
Barta

Difluids
Resta
Grants

Contra lookin boss:

Rafoie
Razonde
Rabarta (used to get the guy in the middle down that paralysis you)

Sol Atomizors
Resta
Barta

Dark Falz:

Rafoie
Foie
Rabarta

Zonde
Resta
Barta

w/ dark falz I usually customize it during the game play and change the rabarta to gizonde and little stuff... depending on who I'm playing w/, sometimes I set moons as a preset as well.

Also, I rely on the shortcut menu A LOT, which I think is really important to be familiar w/ if you want to be a strong player. Also, rearranging those in a good order... etc. Mine is int he following order:

Reverser
Anti
Shifta
Debands
Foie spells
Zonde Spells
Barta Spells
Megid
Grants
Jellen
Zalure
Ryuker

or at least something similar to that.

Hope that helps

foie
normal attack
zonde

resta
rafoie/rabarta/razonde
zailure

I only use the normal attack to open boxes.

Rafoie (cause just about everything is weak against fire)
Special Attack
Foie

R-Button down
Resta
Barta
Zonde

The only differences I usually have are in the mines where Rafoie becomes Gizonde. Against Bosses, what ever element they take no damage from is changed to grants or megid.

why do u use jellen/zalure? Aren't these sucky techs?

No, they're actually very useful at times. Jellen can save you from getting killed in one critical hit if you have low HP. Zalure can allow you to do almost double your normal damage.

Here's my FOnewearl setup... close to RBF's

B Foie
A Attack
X Zonde

RB Resta
RA Jellen (like a fellon)
RX Rabarta

I'm actually a bit confused as to why RBF uses Zalure for his FOnewearl, maybe it's to help out his fellow hunters?

B = Barta
A = Foie
X = Zonda

RB = Normal Attack / Special Attack / Tech (Zalure, Ra or Gi Tech for EXP tagging suited to area) (depends on wep)
RA = Resta
Tech (Anti, Ra or Gi Tech for EXP tagging)

if im in a low level team ill have reverser somewhere there. All depends on the area for the R but BAX never change

Mine:

B: Jellen
A: (Normal attack/gibarta/special attack)
X: Resta

R menu:

B: Zalure
A: Shifta
X: Deband

I use Anti from the Y button menu.

I don't use attack techs unless for bosses. Other than that, I'm 100% supportive.

Jellen and Zalure are probably two of the most useful techs in Ultimate difficulty, like you wouldn't believe ...

j/z is awesome when you're on ultimate... assuming you have a high mind and technique disc.

You definately run through a lot faster when everything is j/z and you get experience for casting it.
