Heaven punisher's special....

I offerd alot for a heaven punisher and now I finaly got one...
But the special attack is wierd... Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't!
I don't know why, the description says "it's special attack is based on time..."
What time??? Does it only work an hour???

It works when the first digit of the beat time is at an even number e.g 200, 400, 600 etc. It'll work for 100 beats, then it'll stop working...

Tought so... But when it stops working, you need to kill 100 monsters and it will work again huh?
Must you kill those 100 monsters with the heaven punisher or can I do it with my spread needle?

No, it has nothing to do with the monsters you kill. Like he said, it has to do with the beat time, PSO's internal clock.

PSO, instead of relying on local time(which would cause problems when people of different time area things try and work out a game) it relys on "beats". Which are basically an internal clock system. For example, if you were to say "Meet me on Celestite 8 at 100 beats." it would actually mean "Meet me on Celestite 8 at 5:23(Pacific Time, which is my timezone http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif). And the heaven's punisher only works on beat times that are even, and it works for 100 beats(Which are like 1 minute 30 each, or sumfin like that).

press start and there in the lower right corner you see the beat times (@ 123 for example).

a pain to use?? just look at the clock and if its 0xx then use it. if its 2xx then use it. if it 4xx then use it and so on

hoever, if its 5xx then dont.. its easy to use =P

heaven punisher is a cute weapon... sorta worthless on Ultimate I think, aside from hitting all the enemies once. That's my opinion at least, it's still popular, oh-well.
