control pads

hi
i can not use any control pad with pso2
i have tried
xbox 360
xbox one
gamesir
a cheap wired controller
i have tried all of them wired/wireless
checked that my pc (windows 10) has all updated drivers
my pc recognizes all controllers & can play other games old & new thru steam & pc without steam
so i cant see it being a pc issue
i have tried switching on pad before loading tweaker & even after but the game still will not acknowledge any control pad
please can someone help ty

it's ok i have it figured out
i managed to get a xbox one controller working wireless
connect xbox 360 controller wired then start tweaker
log on game your character will run round in circles all the time (mine did anyway)
unplug 360 controller
plug in xbox one controller wired
go to options & config xbox one (hold left stick up/left etc) go back to game
unplug cable & xbox one controller will work wireless
unfortunately you have to do this every time you close pso2 but at least you can play with the xbox 1 controller
if any1 knows of an easier way please let me know tnx

Sounds like it could possibly be a corrupted file. A file check might fix it.

i checked all files came up with 57 missing files but still nothing so i checked other options under troubleshooting even gameguard still nothing
so i checked pc updates. 2 there but again nothing so run out of ideas now. any others from any1? no biggie like i said i can get it to work just a little messing about but at least it works

You still having issues with gamepads not working?
I know for a fact that if you have secondary keypad such as the razer tartarus, it can override as a gamepad. It can prevent PSO2 from seeing your 360 controller as the primary controller. Do you have anything like that plugged into the computer aside from the main keyboard and mouse?
