I don't recall, does Shifta affect MST/Techs?

I started playing PSO with the offline PSOBB client a couple of days ago.It's been almost 10 years since I last played this game on a private server, so my memories a bit off. If I strictly play solo as a Force caster, Shita (and Zalure) are kind of pointless, right?

It's been a long time since I played but I don't think it does. If I remember right you can actually see the stats in the menu change when you have Shifta/Deband on. That's probably the easiest way to see for yourself.

I'm pretty sure shifta is just an ATP boost.

Shifta only affects ATP.
