I want to know if there is any way to copy the text in Japanese in the game, when using CTRL + C only the English text is copied, but there are times when I want to copy it in Japanese, I remember that the old tweaker had an option that let you do this, but not anymore

If you are using the Tweaker, you can copy Japanese text by hitting Shift immediately after CTRL+C on the English text.
