Need help making an account

Wanted to try to play again but old account is restricted cuz I failed the captcha to many times and I can’t make a new one cuz I keep failing the captcha . Can someone pls help me make a new account ?

Wish I could but those things are so hard. I accidentally locked my account to PS4 and can't play on PC with my 3 main characters but can make 3 new ones with my same SEGA ID.
Someone will help i'm sure, this is the greatest gaming community around.

Well im downloading the game now after taking a 6(?) year break... Playing in jp was too difficult for me having not played the Eng version first (like PSU)
Im wondering if I have to do the 'im not a robot' captcha thing again it wasnt that hard the first time around however my jp is a bit rusty to say the least.
