Resetting password, but the text is all gibberish.

Everything was in japanese until I got the reset confirmation email.

Following the link its pure gibberish and I don't know what it wants from me.

Nevermind.

It actually did work. I just wish I knew what it said.

Solution:
Just entered the desired password.

Then Logged into PSO2 with the new password

Then received Mail with an authentication Key

Entered Authentication key to gain access to account.
