How do I clear the orange circle above Rebecca's Head ? + I can't talk to Koffie.42044

How do I clear the orange circle above Rebecca's Head ? + I can't talk to Koffie.42044

The orange circle is based on what your current Main ARKS Mission is, but since you also can't talk to Koffie, I'm gonna guess that it is asking you to complete the new version of Ep.1 Ch.1, though it is possible that you just need to accept the Reward for your Main ARKS Missions.
