Authentication Email Help

Hi.
I dropped PSO about 3 years ago, but now that I have a new PC, I'm trying to play it with my friend again. It won't let me log in though. They sent me an authentication email with a code just now and said to enter it in the game screen, but I either don't know where because it didn't get me past the log in.

What do I do?

What do I do?
When you attempt to log in again, you should see a box like this one where you can put in the code:

Top left is confirm, top right is cancel, and the bottom button is resend e-mail.
