Gunner gets the rebalance it deserves.

Gunner
ASRAM: Reduced Power by 25% (160% -> 120%)
Luminecho Slug: Reduced Shift Period homing bullet power by 30% (800 -> 650)
Striking-type PAs: Now scale off Ranged Damage Multipliers instead of Striking Damage Multipliers
Normal Attack: Power UP
Aerial Shooting: Added mobility
Bullet Squall/T0: Power UP, improved mobility for T0
Messiah Time: Turn Speed UP, added mobility, Power UP (+10%), hitbox improved, all shots hit at close range, fires max bullets without button mashing
Elder Rebellion: Power UP
Reverse Tap: Added mobility, Power UP (+10%)
Heel Stab: Power UP, Striking Power UP
Grim Barrage: Power UP, first half deals the most damage

Casters
Talis Normal Attack: PP Recovery UP (+50%)
Aerial Techs: Added aerial movement after casting a Tech in the air (excludes Safoie 0, Nabarta/Nabarta 0, Nazonde, Ilzonde)
Compound Techs: Recast Timer reduced to 90s (from 120s)
Fire Techs: Power UP (excludes Safoie 0 and Nafoie)
Nafoie: Cost DOWN (35 -> 25)
Barta: Power UP (+25%)
Gizonde: Power UP (+25%)

Double Saber
Weapon Action: Preserves TAJA, consumes only 1 bar of Gear (excludes Chaos Riser)
Tornado Dance/T0: Added Super Armor, Range UP
Scissor Edge: Range UP
Rumbling Moon: Added mobility, added Guard Point to end of attack animation
Illusion Rave: Added a JA circle, ending attack power UP
Surprise Dunk: Added Super Armor, added mobility during movement animation
Acro Effect: Added Super Armor, Range UP
Hurricane Period: Extended suction duration (2s -> 3s)

Twin Daggers
Weapon Action: Preserves TAJA, can now be used during Step Attack
Normal/Step Attack: PP Recovery UP
Symphonic Drive: Cost DOWN (25 -> 20)
Bloody Sarabande/Facet Folia/Fall Nocturne: Power UP

Knuckles
Weapon Action: Relaxed JA timing
Normal/Step Attack: Power UP
Ducking Blow: Power UP (+10%), Cost DOWN (8PP)
Flicker Jab: Speed UP, Power UP (+5%), Cost DOWN (10PP)
Slide Upper/T0: Power UP (+15%)
Flash Thousand: Added start-up Guard Point, relaxed JA timing
Heartless Impact: Added start-up Guard Point, improved mobility
Pendulum Roll: Added start-up Super Armor, Power UP
Quake Howling/Surprise Knuckle: Added start-up Super Armor

Im not quite sure what that aerial Tech movement means or why bumped classified this as a Rod & Talis Buff only, omitting Wands and Jet Boots.

Oh look Force finally gets a mobility buff it deserved to have and Compounds having less CD. Now hopefully the mobility change is actually substantial.

Felt more like a buff for GuHu (just need to see the final numbers)! :D

The FI buffs are a start but some issues still remaining:

Dying in 1 hit by literally everything.
Too little super armor (Giving it to tdance does nothing, it already had it)
Lowest DPS and worst PP sustain in the game when lb isnt up
LBI is horrible in all ways. (Casual FI's need not apply to this)
Gear reliance on DS is too strict in low hp content / Overly mobile mobs
Knuckles are bad (which they still will be as buffing 2 super meh pa by 5-10% is pretty meh)
No mobility whatsoever
Weapon palette is an absolute disaster due to buff wep, dash and battery, whilst having way too many usable PA.
No range at all
