Can u copy chat symbols?

Is there a way to capture the symbols for u to use or modify??? Can you tell me how?

SnAPPUrU-nyan-ko I played w/ you once and accidently stole that chat symbol...

Anyways, you can steal if if the person who displayed it allows it (there's an option on whether people can capture it) Assuming you can take the picture, go to chat>symbol chat> and the first option there is a "capture" option, and it will display what will be captured. I don't know if that's very clear, but it's not very hard.
