Where can you purchase the sonic pack and the ragol memory pack

You need to purchase them through the microsoft store online. Once you have made the purchase, the items will show up in game, assuming you use the same account to purchase as your gamertag.

The Sonic and Ragol editions show up as the main game so just search the game in store and you will find it. The Ragol fashion pack is an add on. It contains the same items for the same price as the Ragol Edition.
