you should check if those 2 sites are still shipping (even then, probably expect a long ship/delivery time) because of current world issue. I think the safe bet would be Amiami, not so sure about playasia atm

I got it off amiami for PS4 version. Finally will have a physical console copy of all my Phantasy Star games now. Can't wait till it arrives.
