Looks to be a new unit set coming. There's also icons for different things that look like materials and of course a lot of new weapons that seemingly have upgrades or slightly different versions. Gunslasher Skills and PAs are in the small icons.

You can tell what kind of scratch it is by the border of the scratch image.

The first link has a red border around it and if you look at all the datamined scratch images there is a red and a gold one. This means that it has a gold scratch just like regular scratches.
The second link has a rainbow border which all other SG scratches have had since introduction.
