Glissen Talism when you use it on multi-way or any kind of zonde tech.

Does it help boss down faster than the regular tech effect from non-Glissen series?
It is weird somehow that they not have Rod, so I think this might not work properly on tech?

The elemental bonus is to the physical attacks, but I think the lightning damage proc can trigger from anything. It would be pretty inconsequential on a rod since you rarely use its physical attacks. Wand is the tech weapon that gets the most out of it since it makes the physical part of your attacks also deal lightning damage.

I imagine the talis WA also trigger the lightning dmg?

How about the Talis PA?

Apparently there is a hidden 15% damage bonus on weapons with element when using the correct element, which drops to 10% when using the incorrect element, so this makes these weapons just a little weaker than Stragga(?) and is going to boost the Talis PA regardless. I'm still waiting for the prices to come down on prefixes before working on mine.

How about the Talis PA?
Okay I finally got around to testing this and here are some observations:

-Weapon Element does contribute to tech damage, but because the weapon potential at level 4 is +14% it's still only slightly weaker than most 4 star weapons (not counting the additional damage from the potential).

-Techs, Normal Attacks, and Talis PA all cause the potential to activate.

Don't waste your meseta on this if you already have a solid weapon, also Rod is probably coming in the second half of the event.

Edit：Actually, the damage is decent. Go ahead and waste your meseta you'll get use out of this weapon for the next 3 weeks

Thank for testing, Lina, but I still want to know the part about tech PA in general, on the element attack, but without potential unlock.

Says.. normal sword can't proc element down on boss. However, thunder sword can proc element down on boss now. (This potential 0)

So Talis with PA and thunder attack. Normally it can proc element down on boss already, does adding more element into it, making it proc element down even more often. (also potential 0 first, since I know that the proc rate on that skill is a constant number add)

I'm not sure about potential 0 but the element down attack is an additional attack that occurs 10 seconds after your first attack (as long as you keep attacking) with a cooldown of 20 seconds, and with a down attribute.

So that's an additional attack every 30 seconds. Does it say somewhere that elemental swords can add to the down/break gauge?
