We have been receiving various comments regarding the SG Scratch Ticket “Astute Braver” released in the update on August 4, 2021 (Wed), concerning the inclusion of prize items from the previous SG Scratch Ticket “Passionate Spirit”.
We apologize for not providing an announcement or sufficient explanation beforehand regarding the Scratch Ticket items.
Usually, for SG Scratch Tickets in PSO2 NEW GENESIS, we add new prize items while keeping ones from the previous tickets, barring some exceptions. Therefore, some of the same prizes could be continuously available for several SG Scratch Tickets.
We also plan on including prizes from “Astute Braver” Scratch Ticket currently on sale in the lineup for the next SG Scratch Ticket release.
Going forward, we will announce if there are prizes from previous SG Scratch Tickets included in the upcoming lineup, such as on the item catalog page.
Also, we will work on improving item descriptions so that they are easier to understand.
We will be giving out items in late August as a token of our apology for not providing sufficient information beforehand.

2021年8月4日（水）のアップデートより販売中のSGスクラッチ「アスチュートブレイバー」にて、前回 のSGスクラッチ「パッションスピリット」の景品を継続陳列していることについてさまざまなご意見をいただ いております。
こちらにつきまして、事前のご案内およびスクラッチ商品の説明が不足しておりましたことをお詫び申し上げま す。
『PSO2 ニュージェネシス』のSGスクラッチでは、一部例外を除き、前回の景品を残しつつ新規景品を追加していく方 針となっており、複数回のSGスクラッチにわたって同一景品を継続陳列することがあります。
次回販売予定の新SGスクラッチにおいても、現在販売中の「アスチュートブレイバー」の景品を継続陳列する 予定です。
今後は、次のSGスクラッチでも継続陳列する景品がある場合、アイテムカタログページ内などでお伝えするよ うにいたします。
また、各種商品説明につきまして、ユーザーの皆様にわかりやすくなるよう改善を進めてまいりま す。
なお、事前にプレイヤーの皆様にご案内できていなかったことへのお詫びとして、8月下旬に以下のアイテムを 配付させていただきます。
