Where to start?

Well, uh.. I'm a pretty long-time DC pso player, but recently bought a version of the XBOX game. I have no idea where to start.. Any suggestions? I'm just looking for what characters to build, how to find rares, ect. Any help on where to start would be GREATLY appreciated.

If you're a long time Dreamcast PSO player, then you should know the ropes.

Start your character depending on what you want to do in-game, and I suggest beginning in Episode I. Finding rares is the same as the Dreamcast, except they are seen as red boxes now.

Well I guess the point I was trying to get across was I was level 80+ on DC version, and I just forgot how I got started, to be perfectly honest.. That's what I needed help with. I mean, for example, is it a hunter I should start to begin finding rares, ect? 1. Create Character
2. Select Offline Mode
3. Select Episode 1
4. Talk to the principal, then go into the teleporter to Forest 1
5. Kill stuff

go for a hunter or a ranger first. use this chara to support future forces with meseta etc.
easiest to play is definitely a HUnewearl because of having all supporting techs (HUmar lacks shifta/deband) and can use most stuff you find.

for ID i'd recommend to look up some finding lists and decide what you want to find in the future.

if you mostly play on your own, have redria (armor) or skyly (swords), if you plan on finding good friends, go for any ID besides the both for trading purposes ^_^
