GC: Twinkle Star?!?!

How in the world do you make a Twinkle Star, what do you have to combine to make this very uncommon weapon? Looked everywhere

R Right heres what you do...you get a wand with some nice %'s (if you want, it really doesnt matter) and you grind it up to 15, you then get a Star Amplifier off of a Pal Rappy (im Oran thats how i got mine) and you combine these both when on lvl 100...currently im not there yet and im waiting, but yeah thats how you do it

there are a bunch of really easy ways to have questiosn like that answered:

on the top is a search, it's not there just for show, it actually works. It brings up 2 results when you type in "twinkle star" the 2nd is the actual description of the weapon, the 1st is how it's obtained: http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=302 there are different things you can use for different characters and the amount of grinders vary.

Keep in mind if you do get a star amp (which I've found from Hildets on HS 3x) you might want to consider using it on a spirit garnment.. which makes the brightness circle, a pretty good frame. It's up to you, but it's just a suggestion.

Also, after typing in "star amp" it comes up w/ the following results:

it also gives you the rareness of the item.
