GC: Help With Story Line!!

I've played this game through and through and I cannot figure out what the point is at the end of the game when you beat Dark Falz. Who the hell comes flying out of Dark Falz and if its Red Ring Rico or whatever, why is she inside the freckin thing? Please I've racked my brain, and its starting to hurt. So please end the pain and suffering by explaning this freckin thing to me please!!
