Technique Boosting?? WHAT?! HUH

Im Im soo soo lost...i read a post the other day and it was about how certain Force weapons boost Techs...i know like Mace of Adaman and FIRE SCEPTER and what not boost the techs but i never heard that Cane Series weapons moost Normal Attacks whatever percent and Wand Type Levels Boost Simple Attacks...this idea confuses me, can someone that is knowledged in the art of FOrce'ing (haha i made that up) please help me with this concept??? IM BOGGLED!

Only rare wands (Fire Scepter Agni, Ice Staff Dagon, and Storm Wand Indra) boost techniques, not all wands as the guide would lead you to believe. Also, these three wands boost all the techs of one type. For example, the Ice Staff: Dagon boosts Barta, Gibarta, and Rabarta by 20%. Similarly, only the rare canes (Laconium, Adaman, and Zuriman) boost techniques (Foie, Barta, and Zonde respectively) by 40% each. They only boost the simple techniqes however, not all of them. The guide is misleading and should be changed.
