Unless you feed it with a different class/ID, that thing's not gonna change. I forget, though, is fourth evolution a rare MAG? If so, it doesn't matter what you feed it. Rare MAGs DON'T change.

Synchro effects the strength of PBs and how fast the PB guage fills and IQ effects how often your MAG casts S/D and revives you and stuff, so they're pretty important. (Overly-long sentence, but not a run-on! I ARE PROUD!) Raise them.

if your mag is lvl 200, and you need to get syncro and IQ maxed, then staratomizers work for most types,

Dont forge that when you die, you mag loses 5 syncro,
