Dr. Montegue weapons

Okay, I'm probably missing something...
I have completed the "unlocked door" and the "weapon research" quest, but I still cannot figure out where I need to go to have the guy make weapons for me.
Can someone please help me out? (or point me to a guide or something..)
I have several Booma arms, etc. and I'm dying to make weapons out of them.

If you are on the Xbox
You need to clear Dr. Ostor's Research and convert the weapons in the Unsealed Door quest for it to work.

I already finished the Unsealed Door quest.
Is there no way for me to go back and talk to the Dr.?? Is the Unsealed Door the *only* place I can get the weapons made?

Beat every offline quest and you can play them all over and over again. If you'd beaten it, just finish all the others. Also, you can do it on any difficulty level.
