GC: Metroid Prime (just wondering...)

I'm playing Metroid Prime now. I'm depressed about my PSO file being corrupted...again...anyway, I'm not stuck or anything but I was just curious about what happens after I collect all the Chozo Artifacts. I have 4 out of the 12... I think. This is the 1st Metroid game I've played so I don't really know much about the whole story line. If your wondering how far I am:

All beam cannons collected
All suits (excluding Fuision suit)
All morph ball fucntions
Grapple aquired
Flamethrower aquired
Super Missile Aquired

Iv'e just finished defeating the Omega Pirate. So I do have the awesomely cool Phazon Suit!

You'll find out... but you do have to get them all.

You have to collect them all to advance to the final stage.

Yep, you get to have a very fun time with an old friend.
JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FULL MISSLES/LIFE AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LOTS OF HEALTH CONTAINERS. and I would recomend having all the missile upgrades(ie. flamethower). Have fun finding all the artifacts and have fun with the final fight. And Good luck.
