Why didnt they make the DC keyboards compatible with the GC? Why are the controller connectors different?

I mean the DC one is useless now. It would be nice if I could use it for GC.

For the GC one....

when you buy it is it just an adapter and then you gotta buy like a ps2 keyboard? or does it come with an adapter an keyboard?

because at the time the GC was release I believe SEGA and Nintendo still had some bad blood between them, or atleast that's my theory... If they had become buddies liek they shoulda, then DC and GC probably would have more interchangable stuff...

someone could at least make an adapter (adaptor?) like they did for the PS/2 keayboards. No, I do not mean PS2 as in Playstation 2, but PS/2 as computer keyboards.
